6 个月Great points Hanna! Creating a space where individuals can ask for help without feeling inadequate or judged by others is crucial. On the flip side, what if employers treated mental health as mental fitness, with daily mental workouts and empowering employees to identify symptoms and seek professional help before burnout occurs? I'd also consider pairing authenticity with boundaries, being aware of cultural norms, and finding an inner circle of trusted individuals. Hannah Austin, MBA, CPC
