How to Get Rid of Bad Habits You Struggled with for Years by Using Your Self-image

After years of coaching successful business owners, we found a method that works the best when and gets to the core of inconsistency.
And for a lot of ecom and agency business owners, this is the missing link keeping them from being consistent and scaling to 7/8 figures
I hear clients telling me these things all the time:
"Why can't I get rid of bad habits?"
"Why can't I stick to a healthy diet consistently?"
"Why am I always distracted?"
"Why don't I workout regularly?"
"Why I am procrastinating?"
This leaves two options:
1?? Chances are you don't have the proper framework or good organization and structure in your day and habits
2?? But for a lot of guys it goes deeper, it's about their self-image and identity
But what does that mean?
Well, if you've been a long-time follower you know what this means...it's about consistency
There are 4 levels of consistency:
1?? Motivation & Willpower (That are finite sources and won't get you anywhere long term)
2?? Disciplining yourself (It is not reliable long term and might lead you to burnout)
3?? Good habits and routines (They will be very useful if applied consistently)
4?? Identity and self-image (Who you are)
For example, a vegan doesn't have to motivate himself to not eat animal products. Or just have good habits. It has become a strong part of their identity.
They connect it deeply with their values and so sticking to it becomes non-negotiable.
?? So ask yourself:
1?? "What are my values as an entrepreneur?"
Is it growth? Freedom? Adventure & Travel?
Really take the time to write all of them down. ??
?? Now once you got that off the way, you must ask yourself:
2?? "How do I align those values with my goals in order to set the correct habits for myself?"
What do you really want to achieve that fits these values?

And how would your habits need to change?
?? Now the third and most important question is:
3?? "Who do I want to become?"
This is where everything shifts.
When we take on new clients this is one of the first things we do that is key for their growth: We tell them to write all of their values down extensively in all life areas. ??
And the trick is we take the time to go deep into their memories...
...all the way back to when they have shown the characteristic that this person that they want to become has.
The potential is already within you! ??
You will find a time when you were THAT person that you want to become...
...whether you remember it from doing sports, from waking up early, from trying new things, from being curious, etc
So if you have done it in the past, you can do it now.
So you just have to remind yourself that you are that person.
And get help from a proper habit framework to stick to it long term.
A technique we tell our clients to use is to prime themselves every morning or notes/images where you can see them daily...
...to create awareness of the progress toward becoming that person. ????
