How To Get People To Buy From You!

Ok!

Drop whatever you are doing for the next 2 minutes - because I am about to share a big secret of successfully selling in Networking. "This" is the secret which I have used to build my own business in a domain that did not even exist.

Would you like to know? 

Ok.. the Secret is....

If you want to sell more to the people you meet or network with, you need to Stop Selling!!!

You may think this is strange but it is absolutely true. The highest probability of a sale happening exists when the other person "wants to buy" and not when you want to sell.

Now the real question is how can you get more and more people to buy from you? The most powerful way of achieving this is to completely take away the intention of selling. 

When you take away the intention of selling, only then will you truly focus on building a relationship, right? And we like to buy from people we have some kind of relationship with, right? 

That's just it.

It is when you take interest in others, they take interest in you. When they take interest in you, they ask you about what you do and when they ask you about your work rather than you telling, the probability of sale, a referral, a connect increase many times over. 

So by trying to sell, you actually make the sale a lot harder. This is so obvious but unfortunately so many get this simple thing wrong. Remember that Networking is about people and not about products or services, focus on people and you'll win!

What to do now...

I know that this concept may sound a little strange at first, but I really want you to think and rethink and start applying it for next 5 days (call these 5 days my RCN - Real Conscious Networking days).
