How to get out of the "all or nothing"? mindset.
The Peak Performance Project: For men that demand more from themselves

How to get out of the "all or nothing" mindset.

Perfectionism is procrastination with a balaclava on.

We're not born with ideas of "perfection" like we experience as adults.

The reality is we use the idea of "perfection" to beat ourselves up and stay stuck.

In health...

  • We're scared to make changes
  • We don't want to fail
  • We think we need to "move more and eat less" or some such

Let's talk about how to strategically, consistently and methodically get out of the "all or nothing" mindset

Drop the ego.

That's it.

You see (if you're still reading) your resistance to change is born out of a rigidity to control something you don't yet have control over.

As a result you're holding yourself back in life.

(But you already knew that)

Either put yourself under the careful consideration of somebody who's been there and knows how to fix this or just keep bumbling along as is.

Your choice either way.

"One of the best decisions I've made in my entire life"

"I won't go back"

"I liked the whole person approach"

No douchebaggery.

No one size fits all.

No group coaching nonsense.

Me?

Yes I've...

  • Lost a tonne of weight
  • Tried lots of things before
  • Work 1-2-1 with all my clients
  • Understand the phycology and the physical side of weight loss and behaviour change
  • Have a proven system
  • Value contribution and connection

Plus am a former international weightlifter who's won 7 British titles and a commonwealth silver medal.

I'm not messing about like the other coaches who know how to market and sell you on another program that doesn't work.

(Gasps)

My client results and background speak for themself.

My manta "clients first - clients last"

I only bring onboard clients who are going to win.

To qualify you must be...

  • Honest
  • Open
  • Willing to make changes
  • Want to get the most out of the next 12 weeks
  • Sick of making excuses

Ready when you are soldier

Happy Monday

Mike
