Ok, this will probably piss off a lot of rule followers, paradigm maintainers, and status quo'rs.
You know, the ones who confuse fear and control as power.
But, something is happening on a wide-scale that I never thought would happen.
People are realizing that what used to keep them stuck in a routine for a paycheck, the benefits, the self-worth…
...just isn't worth it.
You've probably have experienced something like this when it comes to transitioning out of a relationship with another human, a job, a habit, a mindset.
And, it's causing an implosion for the old structures and paradigms that needed our unquestioning buy-in, even if that was achieved through fear or threat.
I became aware of this after enjoying conversations about how to extend the audience for one of my offerings that helps people retone transitions by simply having some fun when redefining aspects of our lives that we previously unquestioned.
In case you haven't noticed, I'm a big fan of consciousness and the more people I speak with, I can see for myself that what we've been through in the past few years has expanded it in ways that can never be shrunk back down.
Like a down sleeping bag that you just can't re-package as nicely as when you first got it new.
People are so much more open to looking at things differently...as a way to get to know themselves more deeply.
FINALLY, we're in life's driver's seat as it had always been intended to be
I can see people's brains literally light up as new connections, expansions, and synapses form when I talk through the most common sectors of life from a frequency and essence perspective.
And, so, I want to share them with you to see if doors, options, ideas...and some joy and delight come to visit you.
Time for Honest Fun
On a scale of 1 to 10, rate how consistently you experience these essences.
(And, don't worry, unlike the old reality we've left behind, you can't get it wrong).
Spiritual: Your unfiltered essence, nature and instinct outside of prescribed settings. As YOU define it, NOT the Spirit of things, the Universe, God, or any dogma.
Enjoyment: What feels good and easy…like goofing off. The essence of flourishing and not giving a “f” often and consistently.

Physical: Your health, body, material surroundings, physicality of your reality, safety, comfort that keeps the flow of your life force consistent. The essence of foundational vigor.?
Emotional: The essence of joy. How easily and intense do you experience the flexing spectrum of joy throughout the day. And since we are able to create what we WANT, I'm inviting you to measure this against something that everyone I know likes...and remember, joy can range from sweetly silent to freely animated.
Partnerships: The essence of alliance (not necessarily alignment). The essence of synchronicity, harmony, and inspiration from your key relationships
Social: The level of triangulation with those you choose to connect with about what you care most about. The essence of alignment and how things line up even when they are divergent.

I've got dents
If your wheel is round but has some dents in it, let me make it easy for you.
First, remember in this whole wheel thing, the center of it is you. You're the one who gets to drive this thing.
Take the essence and frequency of what you rated high (meaning, you're stable and living from the overflow of that) and bring it into the dented ones.
For instance, Enjoyment (fun) for me is easy so I filter out any tasks that aren't fun...and figure different ways to?get the things that need to get done that achieve the same outcome.
And sometimes, that results in the elimination of tasks that aren't needed...or an unplanned, upleveled outcome that I can now focus on that propels me forward more quickly.
These don't vibe with you?
Good.
Make up your own definitions outside of what you've taken for granted and see for yourself that you have more choices than you thought did.
