How to get M.O.R.E from your tech
Firstly, thank you to everyone who joined our Digital Habit Foundations webinar yesterday. It was brilliant to meet you, and share insights on how to create a more healthy relationship with our tech.
We’re hosting another free webinar next week, see below for more details.
At Mind over Tech we believe that managing a positive relationship with our devices is a skill.
On our courses, we invite our learners to demand M.O.R.E from their tech and teach a toolkit of behaviours to support each stage of the process.
1.Mobilise
To change your relationship with tech you must be willing to change yourself and your mindset. This begins with showing up, and sticking with it when things get challenging. ****
2. Observe
The first step is to look at what is really happening and suspending judgement as you assess your behaviour. **This is where you really start to notice the ways that your tech and your mind influence each other and form your digital habits.
3. Reflect
Everyone's needs from tech are different, and you should know what yours are with confidence. Once you have observed your behaviour, the next step is to reflect on what is serving you and what you would like to change.
4. Experiment
Now it's time for playful action. Disrupt existing digital habits and routines by running a series of experiments. If you find something that works for you, do more of it.
The M.O.R.E Skills Toolkit
It doesn’t help to just focus on theory. Changing our digital habits is about taking action.
To practice MORE effectively we need to complete each stage successfully. During the course, we focus on the following skills:

He firmly believes that exploring our digital habits can turn the mundane reality of emailing and zooming into fuel for personal transformation.
