HOW TO GET MORE ENGAGEMENT IN #LINKEDIN

Whenever I coach or train people in Personal Branding, I'm often asked how best to improve the engagement rate in social media, particularly in LinkedIn.
I tell them it takes time to grow engagement but I follow the P.R.V. guideline.
1) ????????????????????
Are you personable in your writing? Or do you adopt a tone of a 3rd party? If the tone is used in the first voice, mark me, it will be a game changer.
2) ??????????????????
Do you write stories that people relate to? Or opinions that matter to most people? Some topics of recency will appeal, like #COVID19, Mother's Day or pandemic. Point is, people relate well to recent events or news.
3) ????????????????
This is what #LinkedIn is made for - to provide value of thought, knowledge or encouragement. But beware of too much "how-to" posts, before you only get a groupthink response.
Engaging posts need not be P.R.V. all the time. I tend to be more Personable and Relatable than Valuable. Mainly because there are already tonnes of knowledge shared in LinkedIn, but being personable is an art by itself.
Whichever way, P.R.V is a good guideline for those who'd like to develop more engagement in LinkedIn.
What do you think?

I like your 3 points. Sharp and to the point. Definitely ' relatable' is so true.
