However, LinkedIn is no longer your online resume; it is your reputation and brand. This is why more and more people are solidifying their brand presence on this platform.?
There are so many ways you connect with people on Linkedin and grow your network from inbound/outbound mail, optimizing your profile, Incorporating keywords. Write a Powerful Summary
One of the best ways to brand yourself on Linkedin and get more connections is by having a powerful summary. Give people a reason to connect with you. Let others know immediately what you do and how you can help them achieve success in their personal or professional lives.
Make sure to use the first 2 - 3 sentences wisely since that is the first thing people see in your profile.
Send a Meaningful Connection Request
When you send a message to someone on Linkedin, you always want to start by introducing yourself and letting them know why and where you are connecting with them from. People don't like to be blindsided by random messages they don't know. Also, please don't do sales messages; it's tacky, and no not a lot of people will connect with you.
What I like to do is let my connections know my name and how I found their profile. Usually, I connect with people through Linkedin groups that I join and let them know where I am connecting from. Another way is to connect with people who like your profile or share your content.

Support Other Connections as Much as Possible
