How to get Million $$+ Sales

This one's for anyone who does big ticket sales, (coaches, consultants, property peeps, finance dudes and anyone that's selling a product or service over $5 k.)
Let's start with what will seem the obvious - what your client believes you to be:
An expert.
According to the dictionary....
"An expert is a person who is very knowledgeable about or skillful in a particular area".
Let's break that down into what is expected of a professional/expert who is selling a big ticket item like a home for an investment or, a mentoring program that is valuable because of the time in education saved and could be $10 k+ in 2019.
- Results. Your client is assuming you to have already produced results that can be verified and to be extremely educated on what their needs are.
- Experience. Your average client who is investing in $500 to one million $$+ homes are not likely to be experienced and are may experience a touch of 'stage fright' at the idea of a big mortgage (or investment in themselves - especially if they are unaccustomed to considering this new concept as a business) How you handle this objection is paramount to your success.
- Proof. Who have you sold properties too? Can you provide testimonials? I expect this to be a 'YES' because unless you've lived in a cave, you've worked with people and have the right credentials.
- Education. It's 2019 peeps! If you do NOT have an educational program in place, (a really freakin good one!) you are missing out on potential sales that can be brought 'on the spot' - even as a down-sell for those that might be 'scared' to invest in your properties, now.
TRUTH-BOMB 1: Your clients don't trust you - yet. Truth is, they don't trust themselves. Most people are more trained to think negative thoughts than positive ones so, unless they are a minority, they will likely say 'no' a number of times before they say yes.
TRUTH-BOMB 2: Your clients will not buy off you if they do not see that you AS. THEIR. ONLY. OPTION.
TRUTH-BOMB 3: This one might hurt a bit - A once of 2 hour seminar isn't enough to win over most of the people in the room. If you are lucky, you'll get 3% to buy and the rest will go on a list that may or may not (your copy will have a lot to do with what happens next - look out for part 4 in this series) get them in at a later date. Now here's where selling the RIGHT way will either get you more clients or they will move on.
TRUTH-BOMB 4: If you are selling anything that is considered high end or big ticket and you HAVEN'T got a prestige program in place I believe, this will stunt your opportunity to not only grow as a thought leader but, your clients like bright shiny objects. If you can't deliver what they want, they will go to the person that will.
YOU. ARE. MISSING. OUT. ON A WHOLE. STREAM OF. REVENUE. IN. YOUR. BUSINESS.
You might be making good money but I don't know of any business who at some point doesn't ask themselves these TWO questions:
a) How can I add an extra steam of income to my business?
and
b) What can I create that creates a legacy and educates and impacts more people?
Fortunately, there are solution's available to both of these question.
The average multi-million dollar business owner has multiple streams of income. and in 2019 and beyond, expect education to be a BIG seller.

Fun Facts:
I'm Cathy Morrissey and I create big ticket/high end programs for property experts, finance experts and coaches and consultants. (You know the ones that sell for big $$)
A couple of years ago I turned the renovation world upside down when I got results that proved the gurus wrong. (No offense guru's! ) I took a life long money making hobby and turned that in to a business.
It landed me on Sky News, and ALL major publications. I had a secret agenda -TO prove my material and program was some of the most cutting edge available BECAUSE, I know the target market, like the back of my hand.
What I didn't know was I need a ton more than just ambition so I mentored under Australia's best marketer - Mal Emery and I didn't want to renovate property but, to make a digital agency AND this was my ticket to that. Ohh and, I even wrote a program for my mentor and sold it to him for $10 k. Ka-ching!
And to get me to believe I could create anything I wanted, I mentored with Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher in a private program which took me places I could only imagine.
Mix psychology, targeting and marketing, this changed my view on property and business which I started at just 18... (makes me sound boring!)
Did I mention I found out that some cats like the beach?
I've worked on dozens of houses, created and sold businesses, read hundreds of books, studied the market, (then promptly forgot that!) and found out some cats like going to the beach! (You can check them out on Instagram. I'm kinda old fashioned and think that LinkedIn should be for the pro's.)
