How To Get Leaner In Just 4 Weeks

Lorenzo In only 4 weeks did incredibly well.

After an indulgent travel trip to Bali, Lorenzo was not used to seeing the extra lbs in the mirror.

He had been in and out of the gym, maintaining a good physique prior.

But after his travels, he was ready to make a big change.

In just 4 weeks he made great strides in building a fitter physique.

This is how Lorenzo saw progress in just 4 weeks…

  • He trained 3x a week
  • He slowly built his sleeping to 7/7.5 hours a night
  • He ate protein in relation to his body weight and activity level
  • He tracked his calories and ate very slightly under his maintenance

Lorenzo still

  • Enjoyed some indulgent takeaways
  • Went out drinking with friends
  • Turned up to the gym slightly tired, and didn’t push too hard on some occasions

Getting fit and healthy is not about sacrificing everything you enjoy in life…

At least it’s not for my clients and I.

It’s about finding a balance that allows you to maintain health, physique progression and enjoyment of life.
