Coaches typically have two problems.
1. Getting clients
2. Keeping clients
Coaches starting out naturally have problem #1, as they work to find their first clients.
But once they get clients, they start to face #2 – which is how to keep clients for the long term.
In fact, one of the biggest challenges is to keep clients around for a longer period of time.
So today, I’ll share 2 key ways to keep clients longer and to create a steady stream of clients for building your coaching business.
#1: Use a value-packed free session
Free sessions are a great way to build a relationship for creating a long-term client. But let’s look at some key reasons why.
First, you can quickly understand your client’s goals and challenges. During a free session, you have an opportunity to get to know your client and to understand what their goals and challenges are.
This info is really helpful in tailoring your approach to best meet the client's needs and help them achieve their goals faster.
Building rapport is also key. You can do this by getting to know each other on a personal level, discussing the client's needs and goals, and discussing the coaching process itself.
Building rapport is essential for creating a strong, trustworthy relationship between you and your client – which is key to the success of any coaching relationship.
Next, a free session gives you a clear opportunity to set expectations.
This can include discussing the frequency and duration of coaching sessions, establishing clear goals and objectives, and outlining the responsibilities of both you and your client.
By setting expectations early on, you both can avoid misunderstandings and ensure that the coaching relationship runs ultra-smoothly.
In many ways, the free session is similar to a first date!
It’s an opportunity to get to know each other, build rapport, and set expectations for the future.
And just like a successful first date can lead to a successful long-term relationship, a successful free session can lead to a successful long-term coaching relationship.
By taking the time to do a great free session, you can really set you and your clients up for success and create a foundation for a meaningful, productive coaching relationship.
#2: Use an intake form before each session
Having an intake form can be part of your free session too!
An intake form will help your client to articulate exactly what's going on in their life, both the wins and the challenges they’re currently facing. This allows you as the coach to have a clear understanding of where they’re coming from and what they want to work on.
By being in tune with your client's needs, you can provide them with the support and guidance they need to overcome any obstacles they’re facing.
You can also help them to celebrate their successes and to focus on what they want to achieve. The more you’re able to help your client, the more likely they’re to stay with you for the long term!
In addition to providing valuable insights into your client's journey, the intake form can also help to build trust and establish a strong connection between you and your client.
When your client feels heard and understood, they’re more likely to be open and honest with you, which is essential for a successful coaching relationship.
The bottom line…
Keeping clients for a longer period of time is not only about your coaching skills, but it's also about your approach, and the strategies you use to keep clients engaged and committed.
By using free sessions and intake forms, you can work toward creating a steady stream of clients and helping them achieve their goals.

I'm just asking your honest opinion ,how can I work with a scammer . Freelancers websites have plenty of these scammers, they need you to translate one hundreds or more pages within 24 hrs. It is impossible to do that, even you are three individuals. You know already these tricks, and some of you may face frequently or daily.
