It's easy to get Hired, Is it not?
Let's see How?
Many of us will say "NO" it's not easy but my experience says it is "Very Easy".
First thing First -
1) Forget your educational past, even if you are an average student no worries.
2) Be active on "Social Media Platform" like LinkedIn
3) Keep updated CV & DONT fake anything in the CV which you don't know about.
4) Be active on Job Portals - Indeed, Naukri, etc. - Tip fellow the active recruiter & send personal mail or msg.
5) Keep yourself interview ready with CV, documents copy & pair of best clothes. (Tip - If possible wear a blazer, no matter you are a fresh or experienced candidate, it gives you an extra edge and makes you feel you great)
6) Soon you get an interview call, don't just blindly say yes to any job. Check the company website, ask for a job profile & remember what is your interest in terms of career. (Tip - Link the job with your long terms Goal )
7) Be present for an interview before 45-30 mins scheduled time, as it removes your fear and anxiety of interview. (Tip - Don't sit ideal at reception, watch out for company magazine)
8) If you are been offered tea or coffee just say thanks. Ask for a glass of water and make your hydrated. (Tip - Get yourself freshen-up & groom yourself)
9) During the interview share your knowledge you gained during the curriculum & don't hesitate to speak. Be clear with your thoughts and your career plans.
10) Don't forget these words, which are very important - "PLEASE, SORRY, THANKS"
11) Drop a mail on the same or the next day - Thanking you for the opportunity given for the interview.
