How To Get A Head Start On 2019!

Well here we are at the end of 2018. Time to wind down, relax, reflect on the year, hang out with some friends, eat some good food, and just coast on into the new year...
OR NOT!!!!!
Think of this. Most businesses are slowing down for the holidays, which in some cases will flow over into one or even two weeks of January. These businesses will be like big ole bears coming out of hibernation, moving slow, having to start from a dead stop. It will take time, maybe even months to get momentum again.
Do you want to be a big ole, slow, fat, hibernating bear, smelling of salmon and blueberry night sweats? If you said nope, you're my kind of people.
There are 31 days left to make it to the new year. That's 31 days to expand, create, and ramp up your sales, creating momentum that will propel you into the new year with a big old bang!
I mean, seriously, God made the whole world in 7 days. What do you think you can do with 31?!?
December is the biggest buying month of the year. People are in purchase mode, they WANT to buy now. They have their own quotas to fill, goals to meet, and let's not forget about those last minute tax write offs!
If you have products, trainings, services, etc. - you also have very eager people out there wanting to buy what you have. You just have to make the extra effort to connect. Now is not the time to slow down, now is the time to redouble your efforts and PUUUUUSH to the finish line.
Oh wait, did I say finish line? I meant to say starting line! Let other people feel the race is over on Dec. 31. That just means they will have to start a whole new race on Jan. 1. If you are already running, you will blast past those other businesses who are still in the starting blocks!
MAKE A 31 DAY PLAN
So, what is your plan for your final 2018 push? Do you have a 31 day plan? Or are you simply riding the last quarter plan you had written down back in September, or even worse, at the beginning of the year?
There is a tremendous opportunity to not only bring in more sales, but also to set the pace for your business as already in action when the 2019 bell rings. Most businesses are starting to drag. This is a HUGE opportunity for you.
Take some time now to review your business plan for the year you had on January 1st. Still behind? PUSH! Made all your goals? PUSH! Make your move while others are stringing up Christmas lights, slurping eggnog, and singing jolly old carols by the dozen. Nothing says you can't also do all these things as well, just do not lose focus on what you have to do for your business.
Remember, January 1 starts only one second after midnight December 31st. It is not another far off year, it is a continuation of what you already have implemented over the next 31 days. Now is the time.
So get focused, write down your 31 day blitz, and execute execute execute! An object in motion tends to stay in motion. Whether it stays in motion wearing a Santa hat or not is totally up to you.
