The idea to IPO or Exit

Getting an idea is easy but the process of execution is very difficult. Every company starts with an idea in the final to go to IPO or exit( acquired by others). if you have time 1st need to learn a lot about how the VC process works check from the law side even for better safety and check policies and working style it differs from country to country.

Process

1. Once you got the idea next make market research for competition analysis to find your, competitor make procs and cons. after making the market value define current and future valuation?

2. Put all R&D in PPT, Learn how to make a pitch deck use?google?to get previous pre-seed funding rounds deks to know more knowledge so you can make a better pitch deck

3. Build a prototype using?Figma?or any other UI/UX popular tool to build prototype. anyone can use youtube to learn this within 72hrs you can build a nice working prototype. if you have a technical team trying to build an MVP it's an added advantage.

4. pitch an investor for pre-seed funding or if you are a student you can apply for the grand program.

Pre-seed funding

Before getting in front of VC you need to prepare for these 12 questions

1. Team – How do we know your team is excellent?

2. Company – Describe what your company does in one sentence

3. Market – What is the market opportunity and why will it be big?

4. Business model – How do you make money? Who pays? What are the margins?

5. Geography – Where is the team based?

6. Number of Employees – How big is your team?

7. Timing – Why is now the right timing for your company?

8. Traction – What are the traction metrics that show what you have achieved so far?

9. Fundraising – How much do you want to raise?

10. Fundraising History – Who have you raised from, how much, and when?

11. Fit – What about this particular investor (or a firm) makes you interested in meeting with them?

12. Referrer – Who introduced you to the VC?
