Ask people to teach you their jobs, and dive into the details with them.?Don’t deny the fact that you have an ego. Leverage it for the better of the team. Don’t be emotional, but let your colleagues feel your emotion.

How to get that drive into your work

Get inspired by reading. Intake is important. When you find sources of inspiration, it starts your thought process. You find goals for life.

Challenge and iterate on your individual ideas. Write them down in one place, every day.

Don't be too hard on yourself. It takes time.

Find things you are passionate about. Find people who share your passion.

Listen to music.

Reflect, but not too often. Find the good, and make it better. Find the amazing, and make it matter. Your work product improves 1% at a time.

Work 1 hour, on 1 work product or idea at a time. Your day and week can span across 70 topics over any amount of interests. From cryogenics, to daily routines, football and finally cooking or travelplans.

Go back in time with a framework: I like. I wish. What if.

Give yourself time. Accept help when offered.

Be thankful. Be happy. Go walk in the sunshine.
