How to get distributor’s attention?

Pre-sale. If you tell any new distributor that you have been working the market to get the awareness, and that you got 10 retail / restaurant /bar customers, and you showed them the proof of concept and walk in with orders from those accounts and order history, you got their attention.

You can also add some objections the customers had, so distributors reps are ready and how to answer them. Show them by working. Show them your product got ‘yes’ from retailers. Show them you came to the market and know how to price your brand in their market, show them you know their retailers. Give them new retail customers.

"Ensure the first pallet order from you is depleted from their warehouse in one week. Ensure those bottles are also depleted from the customers you got in 60 days" - this will be your punch line.

One direct and best way is you get their attention by showing them you are here to make them money and the best way is to walk in with pre-sale retail orders. You get their attention by showing you know the business and how it works and will do the work to make your brand a success. They have to trust you that you will deliver.
