To further refine interactions with ChatGPT, users can employ command prompts that break down requests into clear components: Goal, Context, Source, and Expectations. This structure ensures that the AI understands not only what is being asked but also the depth and detail needed in the response. For instance:

- Goal: Provide strategies.

- Context: Online marketing for a new product launch.

- Source: Based on current digital marketing trends.

- Expectations: Include case studies and actionable steps.

This method helps minimize misunderstandings and maximizes the utility of the responses provided by ChatGPT.

What Can You Achieve Using ChatGPT

Armed with an understanding of prompt engineering, priming, and command prompts, users can deploy ChatGPT in numerous practical scenarios:

- Routine Tasks: Simple tasks like translation, summarization, and even generating standard business communications can be handled effortlessly.

- Meeting Facilitation: By summarizing discussions, proposing agendas, and keeping track of action items, ChatGPT can make meetings more efficient.

- Idea Generation: ChatGPT can serve as a brainstorming partner, offering creative suggestions and perspectives that might not be immediately obvious.

Example Use Case: Seeding business information to ChatGPT

If you want ChatGPT to do anything you want for you and your business, you need to have a good preparation first. This preparation should include information about the context of you or your business, the type of problem you are trying to solve, the domain in and around which the answer should be, and any specific expectations. Here is an example of how you can achieve that by using the proper sequence of prompts:

Prompt 1 - "Act as a [persona you want ChatGPT to act like] with expertise in [the domain in which you want it to be expert]. I am going to provide important insights about [me or my business based on what you are trying to achieve] so that you can help me better. I need your [domain of expertise you want advice in] advice. I have added below information so that you can look into before we start:

[add as much information as possible about your context, problem you want ChatGPT to solve, and the expected outcomes.]

Is there any additional information you'd like to know about to better understand the task I want you to perform?"

After ChatGPT answer to the above prompt, read the generation and answer eventual questions as part of the second prompt.

Prompt 2 - "Remember I wanted you to act as a [persona you want ChatGPT to act like] with expertise in [the domain in which you want it to be expert]. I have provided you above important insights about [me or my business based on what you are trying to achieve] so that you can help me better. The additional information you wanted to be able to better help me, are provided below this paragraph. I need you to look into all the information provided in previous prompt above, and also the lines below and then answer below question.

Information you asked for: [provide the answes here within brackets.]

Now what I need you to do: [ask the final command and the task you want to be performed here within brackets.]
