Over the past year, we have profitably spent around $1m monthly on ads. By now, most of our competitors did not survive the summer (no joke).
Here is how we managed to achieve that:

Answer: By pumping ads that your prospect loves more than Kanye loves himself, as fast as it takes your fat little cousin to eat 5 kinder buenos.
Creatives + speed = THE NAME OF THE GAME.
Here are a few 80/20 tricks and hacks that allowed us to grab our competitors by the hair and whisper in their ears, "Who's your Daddy?":
Use AI voices + B-rolls to pump video ads quickly test copy. We use ElevenLabs for the voice and Pixabays for B-roll. Speed is key. The faster you can test, the better.
Use Adspy and VideoAdsVault to spy on other ads from other industries and adapt them to our own. Other companies are spending millions to test for you. No need to reinvent the wheel.
Always aim to have a Hook Rate > 40% (3-sec video plays / impressions) and a CTR(all) > 5% to have platforms play in your favor and push your ads for a low CPM.
Append viral videos at the beginning of our ads (jumpscares, intriguing videos, people falling, memes) to increase Hook Rate.
Fear > Hope. People are biased toward negativity, as their fear of loss is stronger than their FOMO. You can use that to your advantage.

Constantly update your ads and ad copy with buzzing global events (For example, right now: US elections). Novelty sells. This is Ryan Reynold's strategy. Look into it.
Always try a faster version of your ads with clean cuts. People have a very low attention span when scrolling on social media. This attention has to be deserved.
Use ChatGPT to find hooks and ad ideas for you by feeding it your customer avatar and explaining your funnel in detail (specifically, the next steps). It's better than 95% of copywriters.
Try static images with music as YouTube ads (the contrast in between other videos and your static ad will create a huge pattern interrupt).
Always try your best to have your ads seem like they are native content from the platform you're advertising on. Binge watch content to understand the codes and the culture.
Good creatives > Good Media Buying (80% > 20%). You need to constantly be testing creatives every week. Our testing budget represents 20% of our ad cost.
Always reuse your best-performing ads. By changing/improving the hooks, combining the copy, changing the editing, or changing the spokesperson, you can have the same ad run for several years. We tend to underestimate the time your audience needs to be exposed to your message for them to truly understand it. The split we have is 20-30% novel angles, 70-80% improving old ads.
Business economics > Ads performance. The higher your LTV, the more room you have to acquire a customer. Most of our competitors are dead, while we managed to survive thanks to this. Because we created a FAT MOAT. The business that can spend the most to acquire a customer always wins. Always sell the most valuable and profitable stuff on the front end. And, improve your backend, PLEASE. Some people are just in "shut up and take my money" mode. Help them, be kind.
"Curiosity is the greatest incentive" - Uncle Hopkins. Never reveal everything. Always lead by curiosity, create burning intrigue, and insert open loops that you close later on. It's the secret to push people into action.
Hire a UGC agency and have multiple actors from different demographics record your copy. Focus on the ones who resonate well with your audience.
