9 年Brilliant talk and hats off to the team that made the visuals! It appears that change management has become a hot topic for HR, especially when it comes to retaining high calibre millennials who are often more interested in gaining meaningful experience than financial compensation. While many companies have introduced a more flexible working environment, I am not sure if the baby boomers, the current corporate leadership, are always 100% on board. Companies might give employees the right to work from home, but we have a long way to go before we universally kill the perception that the person who works from home is lazier than the person who showed up to work 8 a.m.
