Let’s consider how this difference plays out by using two business owners as an example;
Collins and Ken are both publishers and they both publish textbooks of the same subject that sells at almost the same price.
We can say both Ken and Collins are competitors, they are both good at what they do.?
Collins sells 5,000 copies of his book in a month, while Ken only sells 100 copies.
Now they are both making sales in their businesses, but one is making more than the other.
This article will look at how to generate great sales like Collins.?
Let's take a look at some of the things Collins may be doing better than Ken to increase his sales.
?? Create an offer relating to what you do:
One of the best ways to attract customers is by giving out offers.
People enjoy receiving freebies and getting help.
Creating this offer does not imply that you are giving away your products and services for free.
As a business owner, if you do this, you may eventually lose money.
There are different ways to make this happen, your offer can be in the form of a discount.
Discount means giving a reduction in the price of your product to encourage more purchases from your customers.
You can offer a specific discount on products purchased in large quantities.
This will encourage a large number of people to buy your products.
Also, you can create an offer relating to what you do by helping your customers.
Determine which problem(s) your customers require and how you can assist them in resolving those problems.
Let me cite an example:
I have a value-packed e-book on how to generate leads and sales;
However, even though this book is valuable, whoever purchases it receives a 30-minute free consultation with me.
This is something I would charge ?20,000 to have offered for FREE.
Why am I doing this? Because I understand the importance of creating an offer in a business.?
It is not always easy to generate great sales because others sell or do the same thing you do.
So, making an irresistible offer can help you generate a lot of sales.
?? Have a Marketing Plan:
As a business owner or someone attempting to generate massive sales, you must have a marketing strategy in place.
Having a marketing plan attracts more customers to your business if it is rightly done.
This allows you to sell more of your products because a marketing strategy will bring in more customers for your company.
To accomplish this, you can use a variety of marketing strategies.
?? Social Media Marketing:
You need to be intentional with the advertisement of your products and services.
You own a business and don't advertise your products or services; do you plan to sell only to family members?
I don't know of a better way to get your product in front of a large audience.
Big brands understand the importance of advertisements to businesses which is why they spend money on ads.
If you are a small business owner you can look into Facebook ads, pay-per-click advertisements, and mobile app advertisements.

This is because the social media algorithm helps you reach a large audience which eventually helps in generating sales for your business.
You can effectively use the following platforms to advance your business:
1. Email Marketing:
As a business owner, you must compile a list of your customers' emails so that you can contact them and make various business offers to them.

Rather, I concentrate on promoting the book's value.
