How to Gain Millions of Followers on TikTok – With Tatiana Londono

Real estate legend Tatiana Londono has experienced quite the journey from starring in her own HGTV show to writing a book and gaining 2.4 million followers on TikTok. In episode 354 of the HyperFast Agent podcast, Tatiana shares her top insights on how to rise to fame on different social media platforms by understanding your audience and the algorithm. She gave this presentation at the year’s premier real estate event, the HyperFast Agent Growth Summit!?

Tatiana explained her journey, the highs and the lows. After quite a nice run, “when all was said and done, all the threats, the stress. I lost my husband. I lost my best friend. I lost my TV show.”

“I was finished,” said Tatiana. “But guess what, guys? Real estate wasn't finished with me.”

“This time I was going to do it right. I had another chance, when I could have lost it all,” she said.?

She decided she “was gonna use the magic I had found through real estate purposely and systematically. I would be in control of my life, I wasn't gonna let life take control of me anymore. I was done. I did it. I made that decision.”?

She crafted a plan.?

“The first thing I did number one, I hired a coach – Tony Robbins. And with his help, I readjusted my mindset,” said Tatiana. She transformed her diet, started exercising, spent more time with her kids, and nurtured the relationships she had in her life. She regained respect from others.

“I finally understood the importance of my WHY,” she said. “I started implementing and documenting systems into my business. I launched my coaching business as well.”

Tatiana also took the time to grow her real estate team so that she could have more time to do other things. Today, she is heavily invested in real estate, with doors that keep opening.?

Like almost everyone else, and on top of everything else she was doing to land back on her feet, she also had to overcome the challenges in the early days of the COVID19 pandemic. And, eventually, she was also persuaded by others to get on TikTok.

“The opportunities and financial rewards that TikTok has brought me are absolutely unbelievable,” said Tatiana. “ In fact, I wouldn't be here today. If it wasn't for TikTok, I wouldn't have met Dan. Dan wouldn't have invited me on his podcast.” In addition, she said, “the brand deals I get from TikTok pay more than a real estate sale.”

Tatiana has learned a lot throughout her journey over the past 18 years and she shared some key advice with our audience.

“Number one, when things are meant to be, doors will open. But when they're not meant to be, it'll always be difficult. You will cry. It won't work, it won't feel good,” she said.

“Number two, start noticing the magic in your life. Because it really is all around us. And I don't mean to be cheesy. I'm telling you the shit's real and that's why the Bible has a problem with it.” she said. “It's real. You just got to know how to use it.”

“Number three, Maya Angelou was right. When someone shows you who they are, believe them and act accordingly.”

“Number four, set up systems in your business but also in your own life. So important.”

“Number five, invest your money and just forget about it. I promise you. It will multiply over time.”

“Number six, celebrate your triumphs. Travel the world. Learn new experiences. Reward yourself for your efforts. Be good to your children. Be good to your colleagues. Pay them well. I promise you that energy comes back like a boomerang. And you'll be very happy you did.”

“Number seven, keep doing, keep learning, and keep growing. Don't stagnate. The next thing you know, you're going to be living the life of your dreams if you're not already.”
