True .In the fast pace world and the fast changes happening around , unplugging and revisiting deep inside often with some long break in a year and short breaks regularly with discipline time frame thought a year will make the burnout fade away .

Most of the habits are very similar/same what many founders are already practicing- what makes the difference is - “control on thoughts” I believe- if we can catch all the thoughts before it scatters and note it down, that makes huge difference. Thanks for sharing Venkat Ramana
