“How do you get Business Owners with ADHD to focus on processes? This is a common question I get (coming from someone who also has ADHD).
”The quick answer? Stop doing so much.
Literally.
Being online has its advantages, but it also can cause mental distress.
You may feel like you’re not good enough because you didn’t make six figures in a day or because the next business owner always seems to have their life in order.
So, how exactly do you stop doing so much while making sure you operate effectively?
? First, identify where you are in business. Are you still trying to fill your sales pipeline? Do you already have clients that you are currently working with? Have you already burned everything to the ground and are starting over?
? Once you figure out where you are, come up with ONE thing that will help you reach your next step (notice I did not say level).
One thing can quickly turn to multiple little tasks and you don’t need to stress yourself out until you find a groove.
? Moving forward, find a good process you can stick to with the one thing, and once you achieve that move on to the next thing that will help you.
Just because people seem to be moving quickly online, does not mean they are doing things effectively.
Do what’s best for you while maintaining your business.
Keep up with TLM!
