Imagine LinkedIn as a massive forest. In this forest, your target audience — the people or businesses who would benefit most from your service —is scattered around. They’re like rare species waiting to be discovered. But finding them isn’t easy - it’s like navigating through dense trees.

Your goal is to connect with these professionals and businesses. It’s both challenging and rewarding. Think of it as exploring the forest to find hidden treasures. You want to establish relationships with the right people — the decision-makers, potential clients, or collaborators. EMPATHY IS KING!

Here are some key questions to consider:

  • Who is your product or service or product designed for? Define your ideal customer persona.
  • What are the specific attributes of your ideal customer? Consider demographics, job titles, industry, and interests.
  • Where are they in their professional journey, and what challenges do they face? Tailor your messaging accordingly.
  • How can your business uniquely solve their problems? Create your value proposition resp. USP.
