How To Find Your Monday Motivation

Here’s how to find your Monday motivation:

Start early. 

Write a “to do” list.

Develop and follow a plan.

Make sure your goals are attainable.

Make the most out of your time.

Be creative.

Be analytical.

Find inspirational motivational quotations.

Choose a mantra or motivational word or quote of the day.

Exercise.

Read spiritual quotes

Pray affirmatively.

Meditate mindfully.

Take a shower

Jump up and down a few times

Get dressed, put on some makeup

Turn happy music on, loud.

Make your bed.

Pray affirmatively.

Go to bed earlier on Sunday night.

Remind yourself that it's only five days until your weekend.

Understand the need to welcome Monday with positive expectations and cheer.

Think of something that excites you about Monday.

Plan something fun for your Monday.

Starting with Mondays, make every day your most important and enjoyable day.

Energize yourself.

Exercise.

Feel all of your senses with amazing Monday morning experiences.

Provide yourself the luxury of time to enjoy your shower.

Eat healthy organic food that smells good while you’re fixing it.

Listen to amazing uplifting music that you enjoy.

Allowing your mind to focus on one task at a time often boosts creativity, helps maintain concentration.

Each time you complete a task it shall give you a motivational boost.

Stick to a daily plan.

Make sure your goals are attainable.

Maximize and make the most of your time.

Start your day early, make sure you have adequate time for breaks, prepare or get a healthy organic lunch that you enjoy and take the time to speak to those around you. Spending some time away from your desk and your work is essential to remain productive.

See the sunrise – it can inspire, invigorate, and motivate you.

Stop listening to the monkey mind voices in your head.

Incentivize yourself.

Make lunch plans.

Schedule something nice after work.

Use a mantra or positive affirmation.

Take everything one step at a time.

Make things easier for yourself in any ways you can.

Do the work that is easiest for you.

Be of service to others.

Practice gratitude.

Practice self-care.

Don’t think about you work as hard work.

Stop caring about things that don’t matter.

Celebrate your wins.

Know what you are working towards.

Know the parts of your job that you are both passionate about and good at. Focus on them.

Don’t get into negative conversations with co-workers or others on how much Mondays suck.

Become grateful for all the things having your job does allow for in your life.

Be grateful for the fellow employees you do like in your workplace.

Be thankful for the money to pay your bills, be thankful for the money that allows you to do those extra special things, like eating out, or going away for weekends.

Be thankful for the contribution you make within your work environment.

Be thankful for the skills and talents you have to perform the job you do.

Start your Mondays with tasks that are on YOUR agenda.

Prepare for Mondays on Fridays.

On Sundays, plan work week activities you'll look forward to. Include enjoyable activities for your lunch times, your commute, and for before and after you go to work.

Keep your weekday and weekend sleep routines consistent.

Have a positive attitude

Choose your thoughts and how you feel.

Be engaged and be optimistic.

Leverage your strengths.

Decide to thrive on Mondays.

Adopt a positive attitude

Leverage all your strengths.

Avoid as much as possible the things and people who drain you of energy.

Dress for success.

Be positive.

Keep your Monday schedule light.

Have fun at work.

Have a post-work plan

Schedule and balance your weekly workload.

Make your weekday and weekend sleep routines consistent.

Arrange your Mondays in such a way that you feel productive immediately.

Plan something for each Monday that you’re looking forward to

Balance your work and home lives.

Plan something you look forward to for later in the week – or even for your Monday evening.

Arrange to meet with a friend for lunch.

Do any important or simple tasks right away to build productivity momentum that will carry you forward through your week.

Do something important you weren’t going to do.

Get your email inbox cleaned up. Get emails filed and tasks added to your list. Respond to emails or send delegated tasks first thing so your messages will be at the top of everyone’s inbox when they start their weeks.

Clean up your workspace and your desk itself.

Perform random acts of kindness.

Listen to an inspiring podcast on the way in.

Exercise before work.

Think of things to be grateful for.

Find a positive mantra, thought for the day or positive affirmation.

Get your energy higher during the day with some uplifting music.

Wear a great new professional-looking outfit to feel more confident when headed to the office.

Smile at everyone.

Take small breaks throughout your day.

Take a walk to get some fresh air.

Avoid eating lunch at your desk.

Check your calendar for upcoming appointments and deadlines.

Review your to do list before you begin work so that you can determine your priorities for the day and week.

Make plans for your week to avoid conflicts, overlaps, and other confusion.

Prepare for your meetings. Gather the supplies for any presentations. Ensure you do any needed homework.

Get whatever you can done early

Take a break from social media.

Get off the computer. Stop checking your email.

Smile big for no reason and keep smiling. Even if it feels annoying.

Archive everything in your email inbox.

Laugh. Laugh a lot. Laugh really loud.

Organize something

Clean something

Plan something

Read a spiritual book

Journal.

Make a gratitude list.
