Many foreign customers we contacted, because the products use relatively single glass fiber yarn, and the glass fiber yarn types are complicated, under the temptation of low price, purchase the wrong products. They even meet bad traders and encounter many problems such as abnormal quality and delayed delivery.

Then how exactly to choose a Chinese reliable glass fiber yarn supplier? How can we get rid of the dilemma of being troubled by quality and delivery time? In terms of supplier selection, we give you the following suggestions from the perspective of products.

1.?Confirm the type of glass fiber yarn.

(1). Production process

?Pool kiln yarn

It is made from a variety of ore raw materials melted at high temperature and drawn. This kind of factory is larger, using plastic yarn tube, computer control, and stable quality.

?Crucible yarn

It is made by melting glass balls and then drawing; Small workshops can produce it, with paper tube packaging, manual control of the production process, and poor quality stability.

?Medium alkali glass fiber yarn( C glass)

Good alkali resistance

?Alkali-free glass fiber yarn( E glass)?

Good insulation property and good breaking strength

?High modulus and strength glass fiber yarn( S glass)?

C glass is equivalent to the first generation products, because the production process is more polluting to the environment, gradually eliminated. E glass is now the type with the largest share in the market. The emergence of S glass is in response to this demand for increased strength of glass fiber for civilian military use, which is more expensive.

2. Don't choose the supplier with super low price.

For pool kiln yarn, the price difference will not be particularly large. So, if someone quotes a very low price, please make sure to ask more questions about why? Maybe the one sold to you is B grade, or even C grade.

By the way, the grade division, taking the D450 as an example.

·?A1（Top grade): fixed length, fixed length cone is 1.88kg per cone, so no finish production you can kown the end weight.

·?A2: unfixed length, cone weight will less than 1.88kg but not less than 1.1kg, fiber thickness performance and A1 the same, but a tube of shorter length. We can only know the final net weight after production.

·?A（Qualified product）: A1 and A2 are supplied to customers in a certain ratio.

·?B: Uneven linear density.

·?C: Uneven linear density, or there are major quality problems such as stains.

3.You need to look at the final packaging of the supplier.

Glass fiber yarn needs to be packed in proper pallets, and the yarn tubes should be separated from each other to ensure that the yarn body is not damaged by collision. And the yarn tubes are placed up and down and cannot be moved drastically at will, otherwise there can be disorderly yarn, pressure yarn and other phenomena, these use will lead to uneven tension, yarn breakage and other problems, affecting your product quality, production efficiency, etc.
