1 年Isn't curious how quickly the tech sector went from "we can't find enough resources to fulfill the demand" to "we have too many"? I remember reading reports that the tech sector was had 1.5m openings. My belief is that tech businesses are more worried about financial sustainability than product and operations sustainability, so they cut headcount and limp along hoping it won't affect future growth ... but it will. Certainly a rock & hard place scenario, but I have yet to see a business cut their way back to growth. Survival usually incurs additional investment at some point.
