Market prices are not what they seem to be! It doesn't mean that an asset will do well just because its price is going up.

When the next crush pops, which it will, the value of your investments could drop below what you paid for them or never come back. You can only be sure of long-term dependability by doing research.

Now let's get back to the topic. A lot of assets that aren't worth as much as they could be have great team, community, and partners. Remember that 90–95% of crypto assets WILL fail and never work out.

Research is the only way to be sure you'll be right in the long run. Know what you're going into. Look for projects that have a strong base, favorable odds of execution, good partners and strong team.

Researching for the long-term is the key to success in this sector. If you have bought those assets you should be doing extremely well now. (and that's just a handful) Keep in mind, there is no "get rich quick" strategy.

Here are a few things to consider when looking for the best project

  • If you invest money in an asset without first conducting research, you are actually throwing your money away.
  • If you are not patient, you will panic sell at a loss or very low profit.
  • Always diversify your portfolio; do not invest in one project.
  • If you buy/sell the same asset more than twice a year, you're probably doing something wrong.
  • If you can't sleep because you are thinking about the coins you bought, you are doing something wrong.
  • If you don't know what to buy, you haven't done your research.
  • Always Identify a promising asset.
  • Find something before it becomes trendy. (Low Market Cap)
  • Before buying an asset, conduct a full analysis of the underlying business.
  • Examine the company's financial records and determine whether or not it invests in itself.
  • Protect yourself from serious losses. (Can it survive in the worst-case scenario?)
  • Always follow DCA.
