How to fill the gap between information and implementation.

Making high achieving men unstoppable. Welcome to The Peak Performance Project.
Good afternoon - Mike here.
Let's jump into this Monday's newsletter.
Before that I won't be here next week. Intead I'll be topping up my tan in Malta on holiday with the wife.
Back to today's edition.
Here's a simple tip to fill the gap between having the information you need to achieve your goals, to getting the body and mind you've always wanted.
This article shouldn't be too long but if you are thinking Slimming World might be the answer, look away now.
That said if you want to drop 2 stone and keep it off without giving up your favourite foods or working out every day then this edition is for you.
In fact it could change your life.
I know what it feels like when you're applying all the effort that you used to in your 20's but you're not seeing the results.
You suck your belly in and tell yourself "it's not that bad", but see others getting in incredible shape while you stay stuck not knowing what to do.
Here's the thing.
By telling yourself "its not that bad" you're torpedoing your success and soothing your pain.
You're minimising the motivation you have to change and it's not good.
If you are not reaching your own standards in your health and physique then you would be well informed to be honest with yourself.
For example one of my more recent clients said "Mike I'm fat and I'm not happy about it" which I recognised was a clear sign that this guy definitely wasn't avoiding the situation.
He has so far dropped 22lbs in 12 weeks.
Just on that note I personally dislike the term "fat" as I was overweight my entire life until I turned it into my greatest strength.

Back on topic.
Understanding the science and psychology of human behavioural change has meant that I have been able to transform hundreds of men's lives in ways that you don't see using traditional methods.
The usual methods of tracking dietary intake, activity, and steps sound like they could work, but the truth is that we're much more complex than that.
The obesity crisis shows us that the system is not only broken but fundamentally targeted to keep you exactly where you are.
This is where understanding the behavioural side of mindset transformation is a game changer.
In as little as 4 short weeks my clients tell me how they've radically changed their outlook on health and nutrition. They use the methods that I have developed to achieve my idealised lifetime physique goals.
It's also why when I see overweight weightloss coaches I know that they don't fully understand the process themselves, otherwise, they wouldn't be stuck looking the way they do.
Sure, it's easy for me having not only been a professional athlete and British champion weightlifter but I've also been a 19 stone mess too.
It's took a lot of work for me to find this solution and without it I wouldn't be where I am today.
Besides under my wing, it could be just as easy for you too.
If you'd like to become my next success story and want to start 2023 20lbs lighter and with a new lease for life then send me a direct message today.
If you're a fit we'll have a quick 10-15 minute zoom call to discuss your goals and how I personally can support you in achieving the very same results that you see in my client's testimonials videos.
Send me a message to discuss this today.
Happy Monday
Mike

2 年Awesome success here Mike! Great to hear
Mike Howarth - So the idea is "the behavioural side of mindset transformation"? It seems we swim in the same waters. I use the same techniques for counter-balancing mental/emotional stresses & pressures with my clients. I'm a Spiritual Advisor/Healer and I work from the SOUL level to make sure all changes are lasting and complete. Using our methods, we can greatly reduce dependencies (addictions), traumas (PTSD), depression, anxiety, along with a host of other mental stresses. Curious to learn more from you. Perhaps we can team up in the future. It would be nice to have a referral partner for body sculpting. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds. P.S. Did you see this story on BBC News regarding a female Banking CEO that started her own boxing gym (now 3 gyms) , in London (W1, NW1 SE1) URL: https://www.dhirubhai.net/posts/bbc-news_ceosecrets-banking-ceo-activity-6980807455110799360-1wTo I realize she's female, so unrelated to your market/niche. But interesting parallels all the same.
