1.?????Eat strawberries, watermelon, oranges, grapes, pineapples, figs, ginseng, nuts (almonds, walnuts) and pumpkin seeds, cheese, tofu, yogurt, dark chocolate (chilli pepper), bananas, avocados, spinach, eggs, beans, spicy foods, fish (salmon and mackerel) and chicken
