How far should we consider France to be a country of and for development?

We have always been waiting that this country will be on good track tomorrow or soon.

It has been years, decades that nothing has changed although those politicians are changed from one electoral time to another.

 

When this is going to happen, who knows? Does everybody care for that?

Hope they will move soon or one day....
