From the very first spark of inspiration that ignited "Addicted To The Climb," both as a transformative book on Amazon and a compelling podcast, I knew it would resonate with people everywhere. Our lives are stories of resilience and triumph; sharing these narratives helps us feel a profound connection on our journeys.?

The overwhelming gratitude I felt as my message of hope began transforming lives through my book and podcast was just the beginning of an incredible journey marked by both challenges and victories.

As a four-time national bikini champion and a breast cancer survivor, my life has been a testament to the power of faith and perseverance. My diagnosis came just three months before the grand opening of my fitness business in 2009, a time filled with fear, shame, anger, and disgust. Yet, I chose to move forward, disrupting my negative thoughts and doubling down on my faith. This decision led to my healing and empowered me to support the women I would coach, helping them to show up courageously.

The path wasn’t always clear. In 2017, the loss of my mother to a sudden aneurysm and the subsequent takeover of my gym space by new owners in 2018 were devastating setbacks. But despite these trials, I found my answer and calling with "Addicted To The Climb." This project was born out of necessity, a silver lining during the tumultuous times of COVID, signaling a pivotal moment in my life.

My passion for empowering women took a new turn in 2018 with the launch of a women's empowerment conference, "Level Up Boston." This event was a success and a declaration of my commitment to inspiring courage and leadership in women.?

Through collaboration with four powerhouse women, I stepped into my strengths as a speaker and a leader, transforming not only my life but also the lives of countless others.

My commitment to people and impacting their lives never feels like work. It lights me up to make women feel beautiful from the inside out and teach them how to accept themselves with the unique gifts they already have inside.?

I desire to be a life changer, a beacon of light during hard times, traumatic times, and challenges. Every day, I wake up excited about the many lives I impact through speaking and my mastermind programs, knowing that what I am called to do is not just a job - it becomes part of who I am.

My role as a speaker, author, podcaster, and coach is to enhance the well-being of others. Witnessing someone's breakthrough moment due to my work is incredibly rewarding. "Addicted To The Climb" carries a powerful message of hope, faith, and courage, stressing the importance of surrounding ourselves with supportive peers to ascend together.

Influential mentors like Gloria Mayfield Banks, whom I met over two decades ago, and my lifelong friend Heather Monahan have been instrumental in my journey. Their encouragement to step beyond my comfort zone and believe in the boundless possibilities has been invaluable. We have championed each other’s successes, fostering a culture of growth and mutual support.

Striving for balance in my life and business is crucial. It ensures I remain dedicated and vibrant, poised to make a meaningful difference.

Participating in masterminds has been a game-changer for my personal and professional growth. It reminds me that collaboration and seeking assistance are among the best choices I've made, transitioning from a solitary pursuit to a journey bolstered by the collective strength of a supportive community.

Looking forward, I'm thrilled about the prospects of expanding my mastermind groups, hosting more events, and authoring another book. These endeavors reaffirm my dedication to creating an environment where we can all embrace our true selves and live boldly.

My source of inspiration stems from my faith, daily engagement with the Bible, and always seeking divine guidance. This spiritual discipline inspires my creativity and informs my decisions, ensuring they reflect a higher purpose.
