How to BE Extraordinary
I’d promised to write this week about how I chose to “Redefine Success,” but that will have to wait a week.
This is because something Extraordinary happened.
Let me share more.
Last Week
On Thursday, I was in Downtown St. Pete (DTSP for those who know :)) on an uncharacteristically foggy morning.
I posted this to capture what was coming up for me…
Shortly afterward, I met with a friend to talk about his business and how he could create more of himself inside it. How he could have everyone experience who he BE and BE himself...BE at home in his business. It was an Extraordinary conversation.
As we wrapped, I got to spend an hour catching up with my good friend, Luisa Molano.?
We caught up, drank “Pretty in Pink” lattes (you read that correctly :)), and shared insight after insight. It was an Extraordinary conversation.
The Text
On Saturday morning, I woke up to an Extraordinary text from my friend, Matt Tucker.
It was sent to both me and Luisa.
The string follows:
How to BE Extraordinary
As I said to Luisa and Matt, the distinctions and insights were rolling like waves for me that morning.
They still are.
So many, it’s difficult to capture them all, much less share them in an article.
What’s important to note are not the insights themselves but the place from which they are created.
And, the fact that I’m completely aware that I am creating them.
Like we talked about in last week’s installment of “Redefining Success” A Goal as a Place to Come From, the Success Cycle is rooted in the beliefs we hold.

We hold the beliefs which we create - constantly.
And, we most closely hold those beliefs to which we are most deeply committed.
It always comes back to our commitment.
That is what Luisa was BEing when she responded to Matt by saying, “I’m Extraordinary.”
That is what Matt committed to BEing as a result of experiencing Luisa’s commitment to BEing Extraordinary.
This is what I experience from both of them, constantly.
I believe this is because it’s what we are all committed to BEing and therefore are committed to focusing on.
It’s a decision.?
It’s an Extraordinary decision.
A decision to place extra focus on the ordinary.
A commitment.
Another possibility
Or, maybe, it’s as Luisa offered up...
The choice is yours.
Like I said, "The point of arrival at Extraordinary is now."
As always...
I'm in this with you shoulder-to-shoulder,?
Kevin

3 年Thanks for sharing! You all three just entered into the existing synchronicity at which we are all invited to like to a party. But the party invites are made in a way that they are dependant on our life attitude and vision. That is why it is not that easy to recognize it. But this is the only way how we can reach it and enter. Stay tuned!
