How to Express Gratitude

When was the last time you really shared that you are grateful for someone, or something and you meant? You were moved in your heart by what you received. There are times when you need to express gratitude on a level that elicits more emotions to connect with the people you love professionally and personally not separately. Gratitude is showing appreciation for an act of kindness or just an act. The expression of kindness can change your life for the better. The act of gratitude makes me feel great and I often get moved to tears and express emotions in my business and professional life because they are not separate. Gratitude provides me space to enjoy and take pleasure in all facets of me. I know that when I feel good I feel healthy, I can deal with issues and not let them take me over. Gratitude also expands and strengthen the relationship that I have and complete relationship that are not healthy in a positive way. I know that many people have a difficult time expressing gratitude thus being unable to share or express emotions. The expression of gratitude can be embarrassing or uncomfortable for some folks. I am a human, and I have a strong desire to love and be loved. I am grateful that I can express love as it is at the foundation of all I do. I also have a desire to be respected and appreciated for what I do. Be it my business or life. In my business people pay me that is to be expected but saying who I am for them what I provide is worth so much more. I cannot have one without the other. I know that gratitude helps me as a human being. Learning to be comfortable with talking openly about feelings can provide a lot of peace and self-expression in life.
