Seeing current situation of India, we are actively protesting against "Chinese product". Major reason behind 'boycott Chinese product "Trade Deficit"( excess import over export ) and "Border disputes" . There are so many reason behind trade deficit but we have to conquer by addressing problems and pick out the best solution.

Millions of innovative idea develop in a day and at the same time trash in!

Worst scenario is lack of knowledge to implement that idea to the final level results wretchedly fell down.

The process of innovating is usually a complex one, with many of the initial ideas not making it to commercial viability.Even though a lot of these initial ideas do not eventuate, the idea generation is an integral and useful aspect of the process. Stages of the innovation process

The innovation process has three core stages:

  1. Ideation
  2. Development
  3. Commercialisation.



Ideation

Idea generation usually relates to a particular challenge and/or objective. In this stage innovators aim to answer key questions including

"Necessity is the mother of invention" A need or problem encourages creative efforts to meet the need or solve the problem. Before selecting an alternative ideas, needs to see analyse four "W". what they are expecting, what exactly they demand, what problem they are facing, what changes they want.

The innovation process starts with generating many creative ideas. Techniques to generate ideas include brainstorming, active research, experimentation, and/or trial and error learning. The outcome of this first stage are a lot of early-stage ideas.

Development

Development is about filtering and selecting the ideas generated during ideation with the most commercial promise. In this stage innovators aim to answer questions such as:

  • which of the ideas are worth investing in?

This is the most critical and choosing stage, here you need to take decision on picking best alternative option, meanwhile keeping in mind finance, future, demand, interest, trends, accessibility, place, time. These all help you to investing in best idea.

  • how do we design and test those ideas?

You don't need to hire an expert for designing your idea blueprint, if you can think so you can but don't forget to take an advise of professional** idea designing contains your steps while implementing the idea. Testing can be done through the surveys and there are so several tools and technique available to test your idea on the basis of market trend, budget finance.

Commercialisation

Commercialisation is about moving from a beta version to the delivery of a product or service in the target market. In this stage innovators address questions like:

Innovation outcome depends on how you generated and set it out. it is not developed and let it be. A continuous check of delivering your input to the idea.

It is important to remember that these stages are usually non-linear and the innovation process is not always three simple steps. This is due to the people and organisations navigating these stages in unstructured ways
