How to ensure that the size of each socket of stainless press fittings is accurate?
The socket size of stainless press fittings is directly related to the smoothness of the installation process, but the production of stainless steel press fittings requires many processes, such as pipe cutting, chamfering, bending, forming, etc. After so many processes, how to ensure the socket dimensional accuracy is a very important issue. So how does Grande-Tek ensure that the final product size is accurate? Especially the socket of the press fittings.
Inspection tools
To ensure that the socket size is accurate, inspection tools are the key. Including inspection rings, inspection rods and pneumatic tools, the accuracy of these inspection tools is very high, close to the actual use scene. Following the difference in size, these inspection tools are placed in different locations for easy access by inspectors. We have special personnel who will regularly maintain and calibrate the inspection tools to ensure that the inspection tools are always in the best condition.
