Many are the times when things will go contrary to our expectations. You might get fired at work, lost a relationship or your home. When such things happen, and you lack enough self-esteem, you can feel exceptionally down, defeated and developed signs of depression.
Let’s take an example of a person, (Sarah) looking for employment, and submits over 300 resumes. Assume that she finally gets into an interview with another guy say, Greg. Over the past year, Sarah has worked her way up to create sufficient self-esteem and confidence. On the other hand, Greg hasn’t worked on his self-esteem. Who do you think will get the job?
From the situation, Sarah will get the job, and even if she doesn’t, the results will not make her fazed. It’s so because; if you have enough self-esteem, you will always keep on pressing. However, for Greg, he will quit seeking for employment.
Self-confidence and self-esteem are two linked traits that work together. Self-esteem is the way you see yourself in regards to your self-worth and value. On the other hand, self-confidence refers to trusting on your qualities, judgments, and abilities.
If you lack self-esteem in the person, you’re and self-confidence in your capabilities, you’ll feel unsatisfied in your life. In this way, you end up thinking that you cannot do anything correct way, and this is the primary source of failure in your life.

4. Award Yourself: You should make sure you accept yourself the way you’re at the moment. Always find ways to reward yourself whenever you achieve desired goals. Note that, no one will recognize you if you cannot love yourself.
5. Assess your life: Are there chances that you feel uncomfortable with something in your life? Consider asking yourself why, and then deal with the issue. You should do all it takes to remove the discomfort of your life.
6. Don’t accept Failure: When you make a mistake, and allow the error to defeat you, that’s when we say you’re under failure. Each time challenges knock you down, consider always to arise again. If you stop fighting, then you’ll lose.
7. Seek Assistance: If you want to overcome your challenges, always ask for help no matter how strong you’re. By reading this paper, you’re seeking assistance, and so it’s when you talk to a friend.
