Here’s how to get through another Hump Day:

Get lots of night before sleep.

Indulge in comfort food.

Have a espresso, latte or café mocha.

Take a walk outside.

Exercise!

Play with a pet.

Eat some chocolate or drink a hot chocolate.

Play some uplifting music.

Be nice to someone.

Enjoy a fresh-baked oatmeal raisin cookie or blueberry muffin.

Engage in self-care and self-pampering.

Take time out for personal reflection and meditation.

Go to an exercise class.

Plan something fun for your weekend.?

Take a shower or bath to relax your muscles and calm your mind and force you to slow down and just rest and take in the negative ionization effects.

Make lunch or dinner plans with a friend.?

Take a break.?

Call a friend or family member.?

Know that this too shall pass. ?

Make an effort on Wednesdays to work even harder till it becomes habitual to do so. Make this one of your most productive days!

Lighten up, smile and laugh.
