As a digital marketer, you will be sending 1000's emails daily.
Among those, how many are ending up in your prospect inbox, and how many are ending up in spam?
Here are five few quick tips that will ensure your success.
- The email's subject line plays a significant impact on ensuring if the email is spam or not. Ensure the subject line is short personalized with the prospect name added in the front. Add emoji for a better open rate.
- Image to Text ratio: The email draft ideally should have a logo, followed by a header image; The servers will flag your email if you add too many pictures without enough text.
- Too Many CTA: CTA is your email essential to guide your customer on what action you're expecting out of them. However, having too many CTA can get your email flagged.
- Footer Content: Your footer content should inform your prospect on how he landed up in your database and provide your company information and an option to unsubscribe if required.
- Adding your email service provider to your server: Many email campaign service providers have a piece of code that should be added to your website hosting service. Doing this will vindicate the servers as a legitimate email sender.
