As AI becomes more and more sophisticated, many fear that one day soon, AI will replace them in the workplace. However, there is one key human skill AI is not able to replicate— empathy.

Yet, many leaders still believe that emotions have no place in the workplace.
The thing is, emotions are already present in the workplace because everyone brings their feelings to work.
