It’s summertime and that alone makes my spirits high, ready to conquer whatever life wants to throw at me.

And speaking of conquering,?I want to share something with you that’ll revolutionize how you think about your wellness journey.

You know how life can get overwhelming sometimes, especially around what to do when it comes to taking care of our bodies and achieving our wellness goals?

Well,?what if I told you it could be simpler!

?

I kid you not…??

The more effective approach is the?simpler approach, one that doesn’t involve juggling a million things or sacrificing your sanity.

?

I’d ask you to close your eyes, but then it’d be really hard to read this, so just take a deep breath and think about what is?"that thing" you’ve thought about doing, but discounted because it didn’t seem…

?

Hard enough…

?

Complicated enough…

?

Strict enough.

?

Is it a step that is truly at least?one step?healthier than what you’re doing today?

IF so, that’s the thing I want to challenge you to do today, tomorrow, and the next day,?

?

Repeat, repeat, repeat. ??

The magic happens when you make one small change and stick with it like it’s a loyal sidekick.??

Magic doesn’t require you to become superhuman overnight, giving up all your guilty pleasures.

It’s about embracing simplicity and consistency to create a domino effect of positive transformation in your health.

I know it can sound too good to be true.

It’s certainly not what I believed before I found Health and Life Coaching, but it’s one of the perks I get to open your eyes too, as a Balanced Body Guide.

Have you heard of the story about the Doubling Penny? ??

This is a beautiful way to show you what happens with?daily consistency,?and I think we can all relate to money!

?

If you’re offered either a million dollars or a penny, that’ll double every day for 30 days. Which would you take?

?

On day one, the million dollars may seem like the no brainer-obvious choice.

?

I mean a penny is a penny, ???? ♀?

?

We walk past them on the ground every day,?

?

What could something that small and insignificant turn into?

?

By day 14 the doubled penny has a value of $81.92.

?

It’s growing, but you might be kicking yourself thinking you knew it was too small to amount to anything.

?

But by day 20?the value is $5,242.88,?and by day 30 the value is a whopping $5,368,709.12! ??

?

The consistent action every day paid off BIG, even though on day 14 and day 20 you were second guessing yourself.

?

Let me bring up one more thing.??

?

If you took the doubling penny scenario and treated it like past attempts at change and only took action every other day.

?

You know the approach, the half-assed approach, because is it enough of a change to go all in on?!?

?

Doubling the penny every other day vs. every day is a difference between?a final value of $81.92 vs $5,368,709.12.

Being consistent matters! ??

The win comes from being consistent, NOT from a big hairy audacious action that’s uncomfortable and yucky to do.

What is "that thing" that you’ve had the thought you could do, but then you talk yourself out of it?

?

Greatness lies in the action that is done consistently.

?

I’m giving you permission to?make the action simple and ditch the overwhelm.

?
