While I feel the need to fill a "whole" post, the answer is a single word.

Google does a great job at indexing text. 

When it comes to indexing video Google needs to rely on audio to text technology. It's not yet ready for prime time.

To test this, check the transcription that YouTube generates for any video you've uploaded.

Pretty terrible, isn't it?

You do yourself a favor when you make it easy for Google to index your posts.
