Remember that BMS Operators and Technicians skills should just be about the BMS. Their capability to understand the BMS data, and adjust setpoints is at least somewhat based on their understanding of the hardware in use. When should the thermal wheel on the AHU be running? Is the setpoint for it right? I would encourage the operators and technicians to reach out to the hardware vendors for the products in their building and get some training on the physical devices being controlled by the BMS.
