3 个月I struggle with one thing - socials, team used to have (before pandeimc) many occasion to meet in person, now with changed team shape shared across the globe, some part of team missed their in-person socials, lunches etc. we still do have on daily call some games, but I would not say it is fun and team building opportunity... Can you support me, how do you do it and what kind virtual team building activities you do????
