How effective regular math practice is??

If 10 students were asked which subject they are most afraid of, most of them would answer maths. During my school days, some of my friends got into humanities in 9th grade only because of the fear towards maths. There are many such students who are afraid of mathematics and push mathematics away from themselves. According to me, a person should practice atleast 30 minutes of drawing or mathematics in a day. I personally got a lot of benefits from solving these regular maths.

According to a report of The Guardian, regular math solutions help to solve many real-world problems. Moreover, by solving math-based problems regularly, observation and comprehension skills increase. Regular maths solving also has a ripple effect in improving our logical skills due to which students of theoretical subjects also have an advantage in improving their academic results. It also works as a good influencer in increasing brain performance or increasing one's own activity. And above all, the confidence and stamina increases enormously by solving maths regularly.

Many people will say that math is too difficult or I find it boring. Just because you're asked to do math doesn't mean you have to practice linear algebra, calculus, or applied mathematics. You can start by solving primary level or class 6/7's arithmetic. That type keeps doing beginner level maths, after a few days you can notice a different kind of improvement. Besides, it is better to learn things that are boring to you through entertainment.
