How To Eat Pizza Every Week & Lose Fat
My little brother works in a pizza/bar near Camden Town.
I've only been back in London a few weeks, but I wanted to make sure I came in to see his work. I think these roles in your early adult life are important and I wanted to support him ... and get free pizza.
So yesterday I rocked up with a friend and had two big Pizzas for free, what a touch.
And the best bit is I'm still going to be on course to hit my goals despite a weekend coming up with a couple of drinks involved.
Here's how ??
If you eat 3 meals a day that's 21 meals a week.
80% of 21 is 17. If you can manage to have 80% of your meals balanced and perfect for your goals that's an awesome majority.
It also gives you 4 meals a week to have whatever you want. But that's not 4 meals and drinks! If you have a night of drinking you only allow yourself 3 of those treat meals a week.

So I've got two nights out this weekend, I had pizza yesterday so I know I only have one more treat meal for the week. And the rest of my meals need to have :
So if you want to have pizza & ice cream every week you can while losing fat & building muscle.
You just need to get the balance right and make sure your healthy meals are actually ideal for your goals.
And just so you know 90% of people I speak to who say they eat healthy, do not.
What they mean is they don't eat Mcdonalds every day and maybe there's a small portion of veggies on their plate. There's a lot more to nutrition than just not eating crap. It's about eating all the right amounts of the right food consistently.
