How Easy Can We Make This?

I posted a piece on the Taskstream blog about the work that went into the launch of our new assessment product, Aqua. In the first part several weeks ago, I tried to answer the somewhat existential question (for a product manager) of why we built a new product to begin with, as opposed to extending our current products to meet the need we saw.

Here I get to elaborate more on how we approached getting to the first release. It is pretty amazing to have this kind of opportunity, made possible by great teams and great customers.
