How DOOH is climbing to new heights.

Vistar Media and Spinnn, a Labelium Group company, have completed an innovative weather trigger-based campaign for Rain-X ClearView, a licensed brand from Recochem Inc. in Canada. The campaign used the Weather Targeting solution from The Weather Company, an IBM Business, to target audiences when local weather conditions are most likely to influence consumer behavior. The campaign included creative executions in both English and French and leveraged proximity targeting to surround key retail locations where Rain-X ClearView windshield washer fluids were sold. Forty-four percent of the campaign's ads were delivered during inclement weather, aligning with the brand's inclement weather creative. Recochem Inc.'s market pulse study found that consumer awareness of their Rain-X ClearView brand was 19% greater than their closest competitor.


DOOH ads were 6x more likely to visit stores and over one in three consumers were likely to purchase Rain-X ClearView windshield wash over the next six months. The Weather Company is working to make weather data and insights accessible across the advertising ecosystem.
