Answer: By applying the Golden Key "stop thinking about one's fear and think about God, the Life of God, instead". Ponder the truth that "thou shall have no other God's before me" means that one's self will not acknowledge any life or presence other than the Life or Presence of God. Know that I, the Life of God, have come to give you My Life and you will find that My Life is now the life of one's self and that there is no fear in the Life of God. And so as you practice the Presence, maintaining a consciousness of the Life of God, you are now confronting one's fears with the truth which is that there is no fear in My Kingdom and therefore there is no fear to conquer.
Thou will keep one's self in perfect peace, the absence of fear, whose mind is stayed on God. Be not afraid, it is I, the Presence and Life of God. In other words, how can you fear when you know, believe, the truth that nothing has the capacity, the power, to cause one's self to be afraid since there is only one power and that power is the Life of God. To deny this is to deny the omnipotence of God.
Remember that the conscious activity of the allness of that Life that has been given to one's self is the healing influence that conquers one's fear. Now one's self will realize that the Presence within can do all things, that It is the freedom from the fear of this world, that It is the freedom to live in the harmony of God's being. This is your gift of Life and now you can share It with those who might ask "how does one's self conquer one's fear?".
