The price of imported servers has always been high. Although they have a certain share in the market, they have increased the manufacturer's investment costs. The working principle of labeling machine (rotary hot melt adhesive
1. The labeling machine (rotary hot melt adhesive) automatically controls the running speed of the labeling machine (low, medium, high, stop) by setting the detection point on the conveyor chain in the bottle feeding direction;
2. The bottle is transferred to the revolving system through the rotation of the gear mechanical structure for detection and positioning. The labeling machine starts to operate automatically after receiving the bottle feeding signal feedback from the detection device;
3. The marking structure system is a servo motor drive system, which can deliver labels stably.
1). After the label passes through the tensioning mechanism and the rectifier, it enters the label cutting mechanism to cut the label to the specified length.
2). The cut labels are transferred to the labeling mechanism by vacuum adsorption. The rotating labeling mechanism is turned over the glue roller mechanism, and both ends of the label are pasted with hot melt adhesive labels and attached to the bottle of the rotary mechanism.
3). After the bottle with the label is smoothed through the labeling device, the labeling process is completed. At the same time, control the operating speed (stop or run) of the equipment through the detection point set by the bottle outlet chain.
Process flow

Before labeling, positioning work is required. During the work, the labeling machine moves intermittently, that is, to complete the entire labeling production process, it must have label conveying, label cutting, label suction, positioning detection, and automatic labeling processes at the same time. Servo bottle holder
The bottle holder servo system adopts a 200W integrated servo motor (integrated permanent magnet synchronous motor, encoder, and servo drive in one). The motor supports EtherCAT/CANopen bus servo control, and it is equipped with a 3:1 planetary reducer. There is no need to install additional drivers. Features of small size and simple wiring. There is no need to add additional electrical cabinets in the industrial environment, simplifying the on-site production environment.
The bottle holder servo system is equally divided into 15 stations in the circular table, which rotates with the spindle, and is connected to the PLC/motion controller through a 6-channel slip ring (two power sources + four EtherCAT communications).
The bottle holder servo runs in CSP mode, the calculation cycle is 4ms, and the cam movement is based on the spindle position, so as to ensure that each bottle can be labeled at the same angle, which is suitable for the labeling of square bottles.
Standard tension
In order to ensure that the label can be accurately affixed to the bottle without wrinkles during the labeling process, a constant tension must be maintained during the conveying process.
Traditional application scheme
The labeling machine consists of a bracket, a conveyor belt and a bottle separating mechanism, a label supply mechanism, a rolling mechanism and a control system.
Among them, the label supply mechanism mainly includes stepping motor, label placement mechanism, paper delivery mechanism, self-adhesive label tape, peeling plate and brake, etc., to complete the label transportation and control.
The label plate is fixed on the labeling plate in the form of a roll, and is pulled by a traction roller connected with a stepping motor to convey the label at a given speed.
